This accessibility statement applies to the alipi.fi service and has been drawn up on December 20 2020 and updated on February 8 2021. The service in question is subject to the law on the provision of digital services, which requires that public online services must be accessible. We are constantly working to improve accessibility, and we are committed to improving the accessibility of digital services.
Alipi takes digital services and accessibility into account when developing online services. We are constantly trying to improve the accessibility of our services, especially with various projects.
We have assessed the accessibility of the service ourselves, and the digital service largely meets the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We will correct any deficiencies with the website reform.
Non-accessible content
- Some elements do not fulfil the contrast requirements (WCAG 1.4.3)
The headings on the Youpret-application may be difficult to distinguish.
- All heading levels are not logical (WCAG 1.3.1, WCAG 2.4.1).
Some headings are out of use and they are by-passed in the Youpret-app.
- The purpose of links is not clear (WCAG 2.4.4)
The links can be distinguished from the text my being underlined, but their purpose is not clear.

We offer support to users to whom digital services are not accessible
The Alipi service point is open on weekdays at Lahti Palvelutori from 9 to 15. Our service instructors will also be happy to help you by phone or via e-mail.
The regulating authority
If you notice any accessibility issues with the site, first provide feedback to us, the site administrator. The answer can take up to 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer you have received, or do not receive a reply at all within two weeks, you can report it to the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland.
